Neal Frasier, PE Now a Certified Concrete Surface Repair Technician CSRT

SKA Consulting Engineers would like to congratulate Neal Frasier, PE on becoming an ICRI certified Concrete Surface Repair Technician (CSRT). Neal is an integral part of our Building Solutions team out of our Charleston office. He is now a qualified inspector of concrete repair as outlined in ACI 562-19. He can perform pre- and post-placement inspections and testing. Kudos Neal!
