Tepke and Tribble Speak at CAI Conference Nov. 16

At the CAI conference on November 16 in Myrtle Beach, SC, our own Dave Tepke, PE, and Nick Tribble will share types of building distress and maintenance issues, and the proper inspection techniques and maintenance of critical building systems and components for avoiding early damage and extending the life of a building. Tips will be provided for routine inspection by maintenance personnel. All areas of the building will be discussed including balconies and walkways, waterproofing, roof systems, cladding systems, and fenestration.
