Discovery Place Parking Deck

SKA was Engineer of Record for repairs to this four-story parking deck. Our efforts included performing a general condition survey, preparation of design drawings and specifications, assistance in the bidding process and providing construction administration and construction observations during repair work.

The bid documents we prepared included a defined scope of work, repair quantities, repair drawings, a technical set of specifications, and a bid form. The detailed repair plans, technical specifications, and bidding documents clearly outlined the requirements for the construction materials and execution, and were used to obtain the bid prices from qualified contractors.

Also included in the documents were specific requirements for testing to determine the quality of the materials and repair construction.
