Located in the dunes of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, Duneridge lives up to its name as the premier condo community in the area. Featuring oceanfront views, covered balconies, and a wide array of amenities, which include an elevated oceanfront pool, private tennis, and clubhouse, this community is constructed with low maintenance concrete and steel materials. When the HOA began experiencing symptoms of distress, SKA was contracted to perform a condition assessment and evaluation of the existing west elevation concrete walkway slabs. A thorough review was made, outlining issues discovered during the assessment, and a report of the findings with recommendations for repair was provided to the owner.
