This multi-phase project was prioritized using a prudent restoration team approach for the hands on evaluation and repair of the original 1920’s terra cotta facade. Repairs included stabilization of critical life safety concerns, preservation of the terra cotta decorative facade elements, arches, pendants, cornices, and walkways, replacement of existing steel lintels and selective window replacement.
