Moses Cone Staff and Visitor Parking Deck / Pedestrian Bridge

SKA provided prime design, bidding, and construction administration services for the design of a 1,100-space parking deck. The design included plans for a 500-space expansion and new 250 foot elevated pedestrian walkway connecting this parking structure to the west canopied entrance to the hospital. The structure is cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete with a brick veneer facade.
