CloseSKA completed a cursory visual condition review of forty-six (46) structures on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University. This condition review was limited to visual observations from grade level and was limited to the exterior facade, exposed structure, and limited interior conditions. The purpose of this review was to identify visually obvious deficiencies of the designated buildings and to provide a budgetary cost for probable corrective work including investigation, design, and construction.
