NC A&T State University Corbett Gym Pool

When NC A&T State University began noticing deterioration in the Campus Recreation Center Pool, they requested SKA conduct an investigation for deficiencies, as well as the design, contract administration and periodic construction monitoring of the rehabilitation of the 12,000 square foot Corbett Athletic Center. Renovations included wall replacement, replacement of the pool deck ceramic tile and waterproofing system, pool deck drain systems, pool fixtures and refinishing of the pool walls. Mechanical and electrical repairs included the replacement of the existing HVAC duct system in the pool area, grounding of all pool apparatus devices, and replacement of the pool lighting system.
