Ontario 17 Condominium Property Condition Assessment

SKA Building Envelope and MEPFP groups teamed to perform a property condition assessment in our nation’s capital about 25 blocks north of the White House. The project, Ontario 17, is a 6 story, 80-unit condominium complex with retail spaces on the first floor and underground parking spaces below grade. SKA reviewed the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and building envelope systems and provided a comprehensive report with recommendations.

SKA also prepared a detailed punchlist for the contractors to address, and met with the contractors in order to ensure mechanical units and piping were installed correctly, electrical systems were corrected where needed, critical systems were tested properly, and windows were sealed to keep unwanted water and cold air out.
