Sutton-Kennerly & Associates conducted a condition survey of masonry deterioration, corrosion of metal fascia/cornice, and water leakage of this historic Stokes County Courthouse.  Cost estimates and materials for repair were developed. In phase II, contract documents were prepared for remedial repair consistent with the requirements imposed by the National Historic Register.
