UNC Greensboro Oakland Avenue Parking Deck

SKA was the prime designer for a new 1,000-space parking deck at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Engineering services provided to UNC-G included civil, structural, mechanical/electrical, and plumbing engineering, as well as project management services. This new facility opened for use in August of 2003. SKA was also the prime designer for a 500-space expansion to the Oakland Avenue Parking Deck at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. SKA provided structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and project management services to the University on this project.
