Emerson has a wide range of experience in investigative and rehabilitation projects and services from preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and other contract documents through the administration of repair/renovation contracts. As the self-proclaimed “SKA Racquetball Champion,” Emerson is a man of many talents, ranging from basketball to swing dancing. He enjoys being outside as much as possible and especially enjoys hiking with his wife. Emerson also keeps busy around his home as a gentleman farmer.
