Erica assists the structural group in the execution of design processes, the review of shop drawings and record changes, and performing on-site inspections. She credits the structural team’s dedication to producing quality designs for clients as being a constant source of motivation in her work. The satisfaction of brainstorming solutions to unique design configurations and finishing a project that will be used by the community also gets her meeting standards set by her team. Erica spends her free time renovating her 1949 farmhouse (a work in in progress) and has added outdoor gardening to balance her indoor collection of succulents. She loves watching movies, reading, and relaxing with her husband.
