Jeff has more than 25 years’ experience in the assessment and repair of existing facilities. Specialties include condition assessments of various types of existing structures and building envelope systems, construction material evaluations, forensic analyses, restoration and remedial repair design, preparation of bidding/contract documents for repairs, and project management of restoration/remedial repair projects. He has served as a member on the Board of Directors and as president of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Carolinas Chapter. Jeff enjoys mountain biking, hiking, guitar and travel.
