Jerome helps the Asheville office with design and finds that he enjoys the interaction between architects and engineers in constructing a beautiful building. He loves the fast paced part of his job and jokes about working on ten different projects, all before breakfast! He enjoys the outdoors, especially camping (roughing it in style with the fifth-wheel), hunting, trout fishing, archery and woodworking.
