John Richards
Senior Technician
John joined SKA’s Charlotte office to assist with field inspections and reporting. His background includes working for a waterproofing company where he managed projects focused on concrete remediation and waterproofing of substrates. John’s background also includes work with a construction company where he supervised the construction, upfit and remediation of commercial buildings with a focus on prevention of water infiltration and threats to structural integrity. He enjoys hiking in the Pisgah National Forest, spending time with close family, and boating.
