Sarah is the Human Resources Coordinator in the Operations Department at SKA. She plays a key role in supporting recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, rewards and recognition, and benefits administration. Dedicated to fostering a workplace where both individuals and the business can flourish, Sarah works to create meaningful onboarding experiences and cultivate a culture rooted in continuous growth, accountability, and genuine care. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and reading and she also cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.
