Kennerly Education Initiative KEI – 2024 Recipient James Roberts
James Roberts, E.I.T., graduate student from Clemson University, was awarded an all-expenses paid trip from the Kennerly Education Initiative KEI fund to attend the American Concrete Institute’s 2024 Spring Convention in New Orleans. James is a graduate student involved in concrete repair materials research. He was selected by his advisor, Dr. Prasad Rangaraju, Professor in the Civil Engineering department in the Clemson University College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences. He was accompanied to ACI Spring Convention by SKA’s David Tepke, P.E. who heads our Charleston SC office.
The Robert G. (Bob) and Virginia S. (Sue) Kennerly Educational Initiative was established 2022 by SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc. to promote learning experiences for students in commemoration of Bob and Sue’s selfless dedication to shaping the minds of young engineers, and in recognition of their integrity and passion that has inspired generations.
