Race to the Statue of Liberty!
SKA just completed our Race to the Statue of Liberty from Raleigh to Liberty Island for our Health & Wellness Destination Challenge. We walked, ran, hiked, pedaled, kicked, swung those clubs and rackets, strength-trained, stretched and even danced our way to Lady Liberty in three teams. Kudos to the winning team ‘Kick Their Cans’ as they could be ‘heard’ going through the Tar Heels & Old Dominion states, DC, the Free and First states, and the Garden State to take a bite out of the Big Apple. Congrats to Sarah Spangler, Aaron Bopp, April Jones, R. Daniel Hudson, Hadyn Simms, Kathy McDaniel, Jose Mandry and Rosanna Tucker.
