Bluford STEM Elementary

This aged elementary school in Greensboro, North Carolina, was fully renovated with a small addition made to the building. Entire mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system was updated and renovated throughout the classroom wings, corridors and administrative areas of the historic school. Fire protection underground water distribution system and multi zone wet fire protection system installed as part of the project. SKA provided conceptual designs, construction administration and cost estimate for entire building. The design of this school includes classrooms, cafeteria, media center, multipurpose room. The school was renovated in several stages and remained operational during construction.
