CloseSKA provided engineering design and construction services for renovations of HVAC system in the 90,000 square foot facility built in 1930. Phase I of this project included renovation of the heating plant, new boiler, distribution piping mains for heating water and chilled water, and a central control system. Phase II included a new 420-ton central chilled water plant, tie-in of distribution piping, and renovation of the sanctuary, auditorium, chapel and office HVAC systems. Chiller plant includes modular water-cooled chillers, winter cooling with cooling towers, and provisions for building expansion.
