SKA conducted an investigation of leaks and developed design documents that provided innovative solutions for the leaks related to window, balcony rail, coping, and metal panel systems. In addition to comprehensive design documents, SKA provided bidding, construction administration, and testing services. Each of the eight-story buildings remained occupied throughout the construction phase.
