SKA completed a condition survey of the Independence Center in downtown Greensboro, NC, and submitted a report of findings to Guilford County in April of 2005. SKA’s report included general observations, potential issues and concerns, and our recommendations regarding the condition of the structural system, building envelope, roofing system and mechanical/electrical systems.
