PTIA Office Renovation and Terminal Renovation

SKA teamed with a local architect on PTIA office renovations which included chiller replacement, lighting and speaker recommendations, plumbing and fire protection system upgrades. The scope of the project included terminal ceiling renovations which involved extensive demolition, adding in fabric ductwork, reworking the fire protection system with a new sprinkler layout, and relocating plumbing pipes. Lighting was changed to LED lights which can change colors for holidays or mood lighting.
