One of North Carolina’s leading jewelers, Schiffman’s opened its very first location in 1893 and continues its legacy at the Greensboro Coliseum, providing a comfortable space to enjoy cherished friends. Continuing a long-standing client relationship dating back to 1957 with the Greensboro Coliseum, SKA performed structural, MEP, fire protection engineering, construction administration, and special inspections for Schiffman’s Diamond Club upfit. Overlooking the arena and accessible from the upper concourse, patrons enjoy their favorite brew while catching special events live.

Prior experience on site includes MEP, structural, and fire protection engineering, construction administration, and special inspections for several major phases of work, including: the 1993 expansion of the facility to a 22,000-seat arena, construction of the Special Events Center and the Plaza space, creation of 28 luxury suites within the arena seating bowl, installation of the ice floor, renovation and upfit of the Ovations Lounge, The VU, Natty Greene’s Pub, and various concession spaces.
