S&W Cafeteria

Teamed with a local architect, SKA provided structural engineering services for a renovation and addition to this 1929, three-story Art Deco structure for reuse as an upscale restaurant and coffee shop (existing floors) and residential condominiums (addition of fourth floor and penthouse). The S&W Cafeteria building is located in downtown Asheville. SKA also provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services on this project.
