UNC Greensboro Alumni House

SKA completed a visual condition assessment of the Alumni House on the UNC Greensboro campus. The visual assessment included the foundation waterproofing system, structural system, terrace, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems for this older facility. SKA subsequently designed renovations based upon the findings and recommendations made in the condition assessment, including waterproofing of the foundation, and provided observation services during the construction phase of this project.
