CloseSKA has been providing services for UNC Greensboro’s Student Recreation Center since 2006, designing the current facility and providing building envelope services, such as brick masonry wall tile investigations, roof replacement and façade repairs, condition surveys, and design and field observations.
Currently SKA is providing third-party review of the entire building envelope design for the new Student Recreation Center. Our services include in-depth reviews of all building envelope design documents at the schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction document (CD) phases. In addition, specific reviews of critical details are being provided at intermediate intervals. The project will involve extensive review and consulting services and a comprehensive report.
