SKA  conducted  investigation, design, bidding, and construction administration  services  for installation of an elastomeric roof coating on the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility. The elastomeric coating  required  a  10  year, watertight  material  and  labor warranty. Project  including repairing  the  existing  metal roofing to receive the coating and installation of new roof tie offs to facilitate construction activities and future Owner maintenance efforts.
